Entering your basic details is the starting point for taking advantage of Dizputed powerful analysis engine.
The sections are easily laid ad prompt you to enter your details along with those of your adversary’s and any children and other adults who are part of the story.
You are also asked to select a point-of-view—whether the reports should reflect your perspective, the adversary’s, or an objective viewpoint as well as other details should your case be already at court.
2. Import
Dizputed provides simple step-by-step guides to help you import your messages into its intelligent, secure database. Every message is first safely copied to your computer’s drive, then added to an encrypted database stored locally—ensuring full control and privacy.
The import system tracks all messages automatically, making it easy to remove or replace them at any time with just a few clicks.
3. Report
The dynamic report function generates editable Word documents using your chosen template. Each template is pre-formatted to meet the specific requirements of your local court, automatically placing parties in the correct position and inserting details like bundle references. The reports automatically organise your messages by theme, with each section beginning with a customised heading paragraph. Messages are reduced to verbatim quotes, each introduced by a dynamically generated narrative that explains its relevance. Depending on the version, your report may also include hyperlinks to a separate document with full, verbatim copies of all messages—ensuring complete evidential integrity.
